Required Charges other than Product Payment

Consumption tax: We reserve 8%.
Shipping and handling: We will provide notification at the time of the order as fees may differ depending on product quantity or size.
Duty/Tax: All shipments outside Japan may be subject to import charges (VAT, duties, and consumption tax).
We operate on a DDU* basis. This means that product prices displayed on our site are exclusive of VAT, duties, consumption tax and other unforeseeable charges and fees. Payment by you of these charges may be necessary to release your order from customs and Moon Moon, Inc. will not accept responsibility for such charges. We therefore suggest that before making your order for shipment overseas you contact your local customs office for more information.

Return Policy: If an item you purchased is faulty, please email us at info@intiinti.com, quoting details of your order and describing the problem. If you wish to return an item, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. We will not offer refunds or exchanges for whatever reason if you do not complete the return procedure within 14 days of receiving the products.
